		OUR REO/FORECLOSURE TEAM
		We have assembled a team of REO Specialists with a combined total of 68 years Real Estate experience. This is truly a team effort, one in which each person has his/her own responsibilities and is accountable for their own division. We have a Bonus compensation Program for our administrative staff, based on productivity.

		William P. Sullivan, REO Director/Realtor - 13 years experience - Exclusively works the foreclosure market Bill's duties include direct contact with bank REO departments, coordination field activities, BPO's, pricing and contract negotiations.

		Michael A. Frost, REO Realtor/Field Operations - 25 years experience - Broker - Exclusively works the foreclosure market Mike's duties include all field operations, drive-by's, property inspections, photo's/ comps, on-site inspection of work performed by our maintenance/rehab teams, and evictions.

		Susan T. Frost, REO Realtor -10 years experience Sue's responsibilities include assisting Mike with his field operations.

		Jan Kohan, Administrative Office Manager - 15 years experience Jan's duties include overseeing the entire office, MLS entries, availability inquiries and all billing functions.

		Bridget K. Mohr, Administrative Assistant - 3 years experience Bridget's duties include all clerical functions, including marketing assistance, invoicing, tracking, and typing BPO's.
